About CJ Kurtz, Principal Consultant

Carol J Kurtz is dedicated to helping businesses get the most out of their technology and quality assurance systems. She and her team help them find good solutions by facilitating the development of policies, procedures, and systems to meet the goals of their organizations.

Her 25+ years of hands-on quality and technology experience provide teams with a skilled coach for implementing quality systems, SPC, computer technology, corrective action systems, and problem solving teams. She uses her creative ideas and skills to guide development of quality management systems and technology solutions with a competitive edge.

Carol J Kurtz, ASQ CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE, presented at Quality Expo 1999, 2001 and 2003 on topics concerning training for quality management systems and ISO 9001. She is an SPC, ISO-9001, Gage Control and other quality tools trainer and coach who currently provides ongoing support to maintain clients' Quality Management Systems.

Also, she and her associates provide computer and networking support and administration for a number of small businesses and non-profits in the Greater Milwaukee Area.

Doug Snodgress has been involved in quality management systems for over 25 years, specializing in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14000 and 21CFR820.  He is an expert in SPC, Six Sigma, GD&T.  He has implemented several quality systems in the medical device industry, and is a certified Quality Auditor.  Additionally, has worked with several internationally recognized Registrars.

Doug's goal is especially focused on helping small businesses achieve a flexible and effective QMS certification in their specific industry.  His experience in these areas makes him the ideal consultant for outsourced internal auditing.
